Telecommunications authority of greenland issues, upon application, a callsign and identification number for the use of radio frequencies in maritime radio services in registered ships or on land stations and physical and virtual seamarks. For frequency use in radio systems in registered ships or on shore stations and physical and virtual seamarks, only the call sign or identification number issued by the Telecommunications authority of greenland may be used. In the case of land stations, the geographical name of the land station followed by the word "radio" must also be used.
